SBG Hospitality led the planning and production of the Two Step Farm Grand Opening, turning the launch of this master-planned community into a high-energy, festival-style experience that drew families, future residents, and partners onsite. From concept to execution, our team designed an event that helped guests truly experience the lifestyle and sense of community Two Step Farm is built around.
We activated the community with 20 model homes from nine builders, live music and dance activations, family-friendly experiences, and thoughtfully curated food and beverage offerings - including BBQ tastings, craft beer, cocktails, and wine served in custom branded glassware. Interactive moments, custom merch, and engaging touchpoints kept guests moving, exploring, and connecting throughout the day.
Every detail, from vendor coordination and entertainment to guest flow and on-site logistics, was intentionally designed to create a seamless, welcoming experience and generate excitement around the community’s debut!
