TITLE: Partnership Director

Job Description:

The partnership director is responsible for SBG Hospitality B2B sponsorships. We have 12 events (and growing) that need sponsor partners. You will be responsible for selling approximately $30-50k worth of sponsorships per event. The sponsorships are mostly experiential marketing opportunities and our business partners love us! Our sponsorship opportunities are competitive and have a lot to offer. Maintaining relationships is a vital responsibility in the Partnership Director role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing new partnerships to achieve annual revenue goals through sponsorships

  • Selling $30-$50k in sponsorships per event for approximately 12 annual events

  • Create partnership and sponsorship decks and presentations

  • Create a campaign to stay in touch with sponsors and partners on a monthly basis via email blasts, tagging on social media, etc.

  • Conduct cold calls as a way of securing appointments to sell to new prospects among local and national companies

  • Analyze specific marketing needs of prospects based on partner objectives, market strategies, category potential, activation potential and financials

  • Effectively present proposals in front of individuals and large groups.

  • Develop meaningful business relationships with existing and potential sponsors.

  • Attend weekly chamber of commerce meetings

  • Attend weekly networking meetings, socials, etc.

  • Develop sales action plans to ensure hitting sponsorship goals

  • Execute all aspects of partnership fulfillment

  • Help organize social events every quarter for our sponsor partners

  • Create and implement new ideas and opportunities that will increase potential revenue

  • Work with SBG Hospitality team to assure that all partner promises are executed effectively

  • Work and attend all SBG Hospitality events

  • Misc. tasks as needed to contribute to the success of SBG hospitality!

 

Qualifications:

Minimum 4+ years current Sales experience, preferable in hospitality, restaurant or entertainment venue focused on event sales.

 

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Will also consider applicants with relevant work history.
